Tokr: An open-source protocol for financing real world assets v0.1.0-beta.1

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a standard for tokenizing real-world assets and develop an open-source protocol for decentralized real property finance. Representing real property ownership digitally as non-fungible tokens (rNFTs) enables market participants to frictionlessly exchange and finance real world assets programmatically on the Solana blockchain.
